Helloooooo Fall!!

when we went to bed last night it was sooo nice outside like 60 degrees nice ..... fast forward to this morning and woke up to 41 degrees outside and 60 degrees inside!!! I didnt wanna get out of bed even to change into sweats because of the simple fact that i had to go from the bed to the closet!! dont get me wrong I am soooo glad cooler weather is here I love the fall, see we have a buck stove downstairs in the basement that is connected to our vent system, so during the fall and winter we never use our heater unless we leave the house without keiko. we just put some wood in that thing and keep the fire going and it heats the entire house no bills no nothing....so when I woke up this morning and it was 41 degrees outside I was ecstatic!!! I cant wait!!! YaY!!!!!!!!!!!!

and any of you that know us know that fall for us also means hunting season for me and my husband, because thats what we live off of throughout the year is deer meat so we dont have to buy any meat at the store......Today is the first day of deer season here and rest assured my husband will be out hunting by the end of this week...

The Past Week

I have decided to open my own jewelry store....most of you dont know but I make my own jewelry. It's Hand Stamped Jewelry and it can be personalized in any way you wish, alot of people have commented on how they love it and the way it looks so I have decided to start selling it on etsy.com my store will open hopefully sometime this week or next so be on the lookout for  "A Life's Precious Moment's" here is a preview of what will be sold in the store and remember I will be taking personalized orders as well.....

Yesterday was 9-11 and todd and I went to the Kansas City Chiefs Game with his boss, his wife and her family. They did an AMAZING job honoring and remembering those who were killed on 9-11, the game was less than amazing they loss 41-7 to the bills but it was a nice day out and I enjoyed tailgating (great food!!) and being able to sit and enjoy friends. afterwards we went out to eat with everyone at this neat little chicken place up here in the northland called Stroud's and OH MY! they're cinnamon rolls are just wonderful!! I loved them and even brought home leftovers.  Then we came home and enjoyed sitting on the back deck, just enjoying each other and keiko. I have to say as much as I enjoyed being out with friends all day (literally from 8-5) yesterday I was glad to be home and relaxing with my baby......

Labor Day....

Hey guys, I hope everyone had a wonderful labor day weekend I know we did! It was soooo nice here, we got a little rain on saturday which watered my plants, made the grass green again and brought in this wonderful cold front behind it which made sunday and monday sooo wonderful I love having the windows open, the backdoor open so keiko can go in and out as she pleases and I have been since saturday when the cold front came in. Sunday after church it was so nice out that we decided to go out to todd's grandma's land and put up some deer stands for this hunting season. We took keiko with us and she LOVED it, to be able to run around, jump, play and get into whatever she wanted. I think the part she thought was the most fun(and definitely the funniest for us) was when she came in contact with the cows. She decided that she wanted them somewhere else so she started herding them and momma cow did not care for that at all, she started chasing keiko back, LOL!! I wish I had my camera it was hilarious.... the worst part had to be getting back home and realizing keiko and I somewhere along the line got into a tick nest. We threw her into a tick bath, washed all our clothes in hot water, checked todd and I over, and took baths. I think we got them all. Todd had to work on labor day but when he got home he cut the grass and me being the doofus I forgot to get us something nice to grill out for labor day(ex: a pork butt, steaks, etc.) so we grilled TODDS FAMOUS HAMBURGERS and had wonderful french fries in my new fryer (Thanks to my mother in law). I was getting the stuff (spices) together for his burgers and realized I hated how my kitchen was organized so 9oclock last night I rearranged my kitchen for the 3rd time!! LOL....todd was all like I think you've gone nuts but I now have soooo much more space in my pantry. I saw this ordeal on "The Talk" the other day do you guys watch "the Talk" I love it so much I record it lol but they were talking about chaz bono being on dancing with the stars this year and how this group 1 million moms want him/her taken off the show because it's bad for theyre kids to watch? what do you guys think? I think its crazy there is no way for your kids to know what he/she is unless theyre a teenager and then at that point they probably already know about people like that anyway so thats what I think tell me what you think...... well here's the part everyone's looking for PICTURES!!!

Hey Guys....

I know I kinda left the blog for mess, Im sorry to my total of 2 followers... but Im back and we are going to play catch up and then we are going to have some amazing adventures!! Todd and I have been sooo busy with work and getting the house the way we want it and family things... but you guys will have to bear with us because this is our first blog and we have no idea what were doing but we want to do this for our future. There has been a lot we have been doing to the house and in our lives here are some PICTURES!!!

 We LOVE our little girl she is one of the best puggles we have come across she loves to learn new tricks and we love teaching her.....

July and August had to be the hottest months all year.....even our air conditioner couldnt stand it enough to keep up....

 I made several trips to memphis, on this one mom and me went to the agricenter nursery and found several beautiful flowers....

 on my way back from nashville in the airplane, I went to knoxville to see how chelsea was doing at college for family week...

 Our house that we bought last september we finally got everything moved in, unpacked and in the place we wanted it...

 our peachtree doors, that the previous owner painted, I wish we could undo it.....

 Christmas 2010 my sister came up and we went and got a tree and she helped us put it together, enjoyed having her here wish it could've been longer....

 we changed our bathroom walls they were blueish gray and everytime we took a shower the humidity left streakes on the walls so we "paperbagged" it

 The previous owner had this awful fenced in area in the back corner of the backyard and yup we took it down and rebuilt it the way it was supposed to be...

 one of my sister in laws had her second little girl in april so we got to go hold that sweetums...

 this is our wonderful furnace that is in todds mancave and that saved us this past winter!!!

 Todd was the most wonderful husband and decided that I should have under the cabinet lights in my kitchen so he put them in and I LOVE THEM!!

 This past feb. my wonderful husband todd got me a wonderful cabinet for my precious moments that I collect I love him sooo much he is the most wonderful hubby in the world (sorry gals)

 we took out these awful sticker bushes in front of our house and put these wonderful little cutie patooties....

 we also put in two magnolia trees hopefully they will be sooo pretty this next spring...

 this is the fire pit that came after we redid the fence this summer I cant wait to use it for some wonderful smores this fall....YUM!!

 we stained the deck....

 Todd's AWESOME sonic was a semifinalist for the dr pepper games to go to las vegas this fall which means he was in the top in the country...

So she I told you guys we have been extremely busy this summer....so now that we have caught up hopefully we will stay caught up I would hate for us to get this far behind...this is embarrassing.... I hope you guys have a wonderful week....
