House Number 2

 as of June 24th, 2010

Ok so heres the thing with this house thing, When we looked at that other house (the first one we put an offer on) I really liked it I like the countertops I liked the outside of it I like the living room I didnt like the master bed or bath or really any of the other bedrooms for that matter and I think the more I looked at it the more I wanted to change about it and didnt really like it. The day of the 14th is when I really realized that was not our house I was just not happy with it or about it. So I called sheryl (our realtor) and told her and asked if we could still look at others and I talked to todd and he wanted to keep that offer on that house!! I was like why it leaks and the backyard and front yard is a mess and even the inside of it would need work, his reasoning was that he felt that we wouldnt be able to find another in that area and that we both liked and I being who I am begged to differ. so I continued to look and I found this house on the internet one day and it was 141,000 which was way over our budget and I really really liked it it was a hud home so no one lived there and I didnt know if there was anything wrong with it but I liked the living room with the fireplace (the other house didnt have a fireplace) I liked how the kitchen was bigger and more open I liked how the laundry room was an actual room and was on the main floor I liked the master bedroom and how big it was I liked how the master bath was another room off the master bed and how it has a jacuzzi and I like how it has a ton of light coming in from all the windows and how the backyard backs up to woods pretty much. I like everything about it and I know I could move into it today and not have to change a thing about it. so being that it was a hud home and because of that we had to put a offer on it friday after we just looked at it thursday and they would look at all the offers and the person with the highest offer on sunday got it. well we got a call from our realtor on monday and she said WE GOT IT!!! so I went up there on tuesday and signed all the papers and took her the earnest money and now we are just waiting on them to sign it and we will get an inspection done and then it will pretty much be ours after we sign the papers!!!

As of July 1st, 2010

The HUD Home is no longer ours at all, after about a week of waiting for the GOVT. to come back and sign the papers, my realtor decided to call them then called me somehow somewhere on the papers todd's signature did not match his other signatures .... so they cancelled it...HOW RIDICULOUS!!! So we asked what we could do to fix it and they said nothing at that point it had already ran out of time and was offered to the next person.... not like they couldnt have called us the whole week we were waiting and said um we need you to verify your identity!!! I really think at this point the govt is just absolutely pigheaded and well you can tell its ran by a man! no offense guys but comeon I found out that my realtor thinks that the next person knew some one in the office and it was probably a pretty little girl that wanted it and a single nasty bachelor that took it from me and gave it to her!!! WHEW!! ok so now that Ive took a breath Ive come to realize that God wants something better for me, a better house! a better neighborhood, maybe even a better price.... so that was not the house for me and there will  be another one a better one one I will love everything about.....right?
