So we started off looking for a house to rent because as you know we have keiko and I really dont want to have to deal with her in an apartment it would be too much of a pain on those nights when todd has to close at midnight. so we started looking and looking and looking and couldnt find anything for less than $1,000 a month so we started doing the math and found out that it would cost us less than $1,000 a month to buy a good size home, yes that's right BUY! so as you can imagine I was thrilled that I would have my very own home!! We called a realtor and she started the process as to looking at houses then she tells us the bad news that we have to get preapproved before we even actually look at a house IN PERSON! ok so this will be easy just go talk to a bank and get preapproved I mean they do it online nowadays.... the problem is that the majority of his pay is 15% of what the store makes and THEY (the bank) considers it a bonus so they dont consider it at all .... so now I dont know what we are going to do... we need to have a house in about two weeks... we need a miracle... god please...pray for us....

My name is Jesse, my husband and I have been married for 3 years and we have one little puggle named keiko. My husband is a GM at sonic here in Kansas City, so our life isn't the most normal life you would come across but we believe in God, and in ourselves. Todd is from Fort Scott Kansas (2hours south) and I am from Memphis Tn (8hours east) we moved here for his job, so this is our clean slate, our start over and my account of it.....
